Application of Peristaltic Pump in Water Treatment System
Peristaltic pumps are used in water treatment systems to transfer sewage to be treated or to add flocculants and other water treatment reagents.
When the peristaltic pump is conveying fluid, the fluid only flows in the hose, so there is no stagnation problem when conveying sludge containing sewage, and the service life of the pump will not be affected.
The peristaltic pump has a low shear force, which will not damage the effectiveness of the flocculant when transmitting the shear-sensitive biological flocculant. The peristaltic pump has high flow control accuracy. By accurately controlling the accuracy of the amount of reagent added, the water quality can be effectively treated and excessive addition of harmful chemical components can be prevented.
