Install the pump body at the place higher than the welding wire outside the polishing case, add anti-rust oil into the plastic container above, set the injection time and oil injection amount, and the anti-rust oil will be automatically injected into the felt plug at the end of the oil outlet pipe.
The oil outlet of the peristaltic pump is connected to the sleeve in the figure, and the inside of the sleeve is made into a cone shape. The felt plug is placed into the sleeve, and the polished welding wire passes through the felt plug, carrying an appropriate amount of rust proof oil on the surface. Adjust the operating parameters of the peristaltic pump according to the carrying capacity.
